1- Initial Phone Conversation
An initial phone conversation will be booked between Paige and the potential client to further discuss the requested service and allow both parties to ask questions. This phone conversation typically lasts between 30m-1hr.
2- Service Proposal and Pricing
Following the initial phone call, Paige will remit the potential client a service proposal (*only done for webinars and workshops*), as well as a quote for services rendered. Pricing is established through a pricing structure and based on the type of client and their operational budget.
3- Service Commitment and Timeline
Upon confirmation, a Service Commitment will be sent to the client and both parties will determine the appropriate timelines, including service delivery, preparation, research, and briefing and debrief call sessions.
